Today we get to play with something interesting, its ECS’s new SLI water cooled setup, the ECS Hydra 9800GTX+. A package that contains two 9800GTX+ cards that are water-cooled with an easy radiator setup is all set to blow you away.
The Package
It’s a dragon again, but this time with three heads that make up the front design on the huge box with features and details on the front, sides and the back. Unfortunately the outside of the box appeared to be pretty worn out during the transportation to us.

The box is huge for a reason and all is revealed when we open it up. The contents seem to be packed neatly and pretty tight to avoid excessive movement and damage during shipment. The package includes; manuals, driver CD, two audio cables, four 4-pin to 6-pin PC-I-e power adapter, two HDMI and DVI adapters each and a full game Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

The SLi bridge cable and the Thermaltake Big Water 760i setup pictured below. A more in depth look at the cooling solution employed on these cards is available in one of our previous reviews is here , the only difference between them is the “Y” splitter.
