The LG G3 is currently one of the hottest smartphones around. With its pixel busting QHD (1440×2560) resolution, it is currently on everyone’s wish list as of the moment. When it was announced, the LG G3 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, much like the ones present on the Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8 and the Sony Xperia Z2. Now some rumours are pointing that the South Korean company is looking into upgrading the already great specifications of the LG G3 to an even better Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor – probably to compete with Samsung’s own Galaxy F – a more premium version of the Galaxy S5.
LG is looking to release the upgraded version this fall.
