One of the welcome features announced during the WWDC 2014 keynote was the ability of iOS 8 to let you install and use 3rd-party keyboards. 3rd party keyboards have been a common feature on Android operating systems and users are able to freely install any keyboard that they want. Fleksy, which already has a free app on the app store, just tweeted in what seems to be their own version of a keyboard that can run on iOS 8. Fleksy is gesture-based, and a quick swipe to the left erases the entire word. It takes a while on getting used to, but it just shows how innovative developers can with keyboards on iOS, especially now that they are allowing them to be used system-wide on iOS 8.
Do you have any 3rd party keyboard you would like to see on iOS 8? Let us know!
