Comes back up again after 4 to 5 minutes, but downloads are decimated. AMD drivers which were downloading at 4.7Mbps yesterday are going for 22Kbps now. Another 11mb download is taking 13 minutes instead of 2 seconds :(

Speedtest, deceptively, still shows 15ms ping, 48Mbps download and 12Mbps uploads…lolwut?!
