TouchID to be replaced by 'acoustic imaging'
Apple Watch 3 to have a better charging stand
iPhone 8 might feature 3GB of RAM and two large storage models
Do you have an iPhone 7, but are still upset about the lack of the 3.5mm headphone jack? Well this new case is just what you need.
Announced at CES 2017, this new case from Incipio is a bumper case that not only protects the edges of your smartphone, but also manages to squeeze in a headphone jack alongside the Lightning port in its elongated lip. Once you get it attached to your phone, you will then be able to use a standard pair of wired headphones without having to use the 3.5mm adapter from Apple.
The biggest advantage the Incipio OX has is that it will let you listen to audio over a 3.5mm connection and charge over the Lightning port at the same time. “We wanted to bring the headphone jack back to the latest iPhone so our customers could still enjoy their favorite pair of traditional headphones without worrying about low-battery and sacrificing device protection,” said Carlos Del Toro, Director of Products, Incipio.
It is a good solution, if you are looking to switch one accessory for another. However, if you are an Apple iPhone 7 user, then this cover might just be worth it. It will be available around the first quarter of the year for $59.99, and will be available in black, purple and "forest" colors.
