The ability to report malicious applications in the Google’s PlayStore app has been around for a while but not on the web. Recently Google has made several changes to the PlayStore app and now Google has silently added the option to flag an application as inappropriate on its Web PlayStore.

The Flag as inappropriate link is placed in the additional information panel. Once clicked the link takes us to a page listing several types of complaints such as issues with trademark infringement, malicious applications, inappropriate media, bad comments and reviews and unpleasant developer replies. The option is not only added for applications, but also for other music and books.
