Kristoffer Von Hassel, a 5 year old kid who simply wanted to play his dad’s Xbox One inadvertently discovered a security flaw on Microsoft’s latest console. His first attempt failed, but a verification screen prompted him to enter spaces and suddenly he managed to get inside his father’s account.

Von Hassel’s dad, who also works in the security field, filmed the boy doing the same mechanic to show the exploit and sent it to Microsoft, to which they thanked the boy for discovering the flaw. In return, Microsoft awarded the boy with the title ‘Security Researcher’ and along with that, he was also awarded
