LG V30+ to show up at IFA 2017
LG V30 leaked renders give a good look from every angle
Here is a look at the LG V30's new UI
LG has been one of the manufacturers who have stuck with the LCD panels for their smartphones. However, we might see a change in that trend this year.
Sure, LCD panels look great, but they are not at the same level of what Samsung puts in its Galaxy S and Note phones. This might probably be why LG is going to work on shipping the first smartphone with an OLED display in Q3 this year. There are also chances that this might be the rumored V30, the competition for Samsung's Note series.
According to The Investor, LG might be launching the V30 this year, and if all goes to plan, we might see the next flagship, the G7 next year with an OLED screen as well.
On the other hand, LG is reportedly planning on supplying Apple with OLED panels for future iPhones, so OLED panels are not a new concept for the Korean manufacturer. For now, lets hope we see the LG V30, or the unnamed LG device with the OLED screen later this year. We dont know much about specs for now either.
