The Samsung Galaxy Note has been quite popular because of it's size and there are people who have moved away from an iPhone purely because it looks too small. For those of you wondering how an iPhone with a bigger 5 inch screen would look like, MacRumors has created a printable paper craft model that you can download here to give you a very good idea on the size in your hands and compared to other phones.
Of course whether Apple choses to make one is only known to them and if they do decide to make it, we don't know if they will add a new resolution or simply use the current iPhone 5 resolution to scale things up.
