Google Glass Might Be Out By End of This Year

Google Glass, the futuristic HUD for human beings, will be out much sooner than we thought it was possible. A report from The Verge suggest that the Glass will release by the end of the year and will eye that $1,500 in your bank account. You can watch what the Google Glass is capable of in the video below.

Mind blowing stuff, this. How does it work, though? The Verge says it will support WiFi (of course), and it can tether via Bluetooth to an Android or even an iPhone device. There is no cellular chip on the Glass, but it can do GPS and 3G or 4G data.

Now that we have some solid information on when the Glass will release and for how much, do you think you be interested in wearing this in your everyday life? The look of it is right out of a sci-fi movie, and might garner a few looks, but ultimately do see any use for it? Share you thoughts in the comments below.
