Seattle’s 5 Point Cafe bans Google Glasses even before they’re released.
As cool as Google Glasses are, the fact that you can record anything anytime certainly without really looking like you're recording makes it a bit of an issue as far as privacy is concerned. Seattle's 5 Point Cafe has become the first establishment that has banned Google Glasses and we can see many more to follow. In fact, it won't be surprising to see the product banned in the conservative region of Middle East.
The 5 Point posted this message on its Facebook page this week: ”For the record, The 5 Point is the first Seattle business to ban in advance Google Glasses. And ass kickings will be encouraged for violators.”
