Windows 8 Upgrade Offer Ends This Week

If you've recently purchased a PC with Windows 7 and want to grab Windows 8 for a mere $15, you've got just one more day to take advantage of the offer.

Microsoft cooked up an upgrade offer last year for users who had bought a Windows 7 PC after June 2nd, allowing them to register for a Windows 8 upgrade for just $15. While the offer ended on Jan 31st, users can still register for the deal, but need to do so before Feb 28th. 

The registration process asks for a few details about your newly purchased PC, and assuming everything is in order, you'll get an email with a promo code to upgrade your PC to Windows 8.
