DFI 875 Infinity Motherboard : Introduction/Specifications

DFI made a reasonable entry into the retail sector some time back with their LAN Party line of motherboards. Not only were these boards nicely loaded, they performed well too. Based on that success, DFI is now launching their Infinity line of motherboards that aren’t as loaded as their LAN Party cousins, but promise to deliver something called CMOS Reloaded.

Supports up 3.6GHz/800MHz and higher speed
Chipset: Intel 875P MCH + Intel ICH5R chipset supporting:
Supports FSB 800/533MHz.
Supports AGP 8X interface.
Hi-Speed USB (USB2.0) controller, 480Mb/sec, 8 ports.
2 Serial ATA/150 ports.
Memory:

Supports Dual Channel (128 bit wide) Memory Interface
Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 2.5V DDR SDRAM.
Supports up to 4GB memory size 

Audio: 20-bit Stereo full-duplex codec.
6 channel output
S/PDIF In/Out Interface
IDE/SCSI: Dual Ultra DMA 66/100 IDE controllers integrated in ICH5R- up to four Ultra ATA drives
Serial ATA/150 controller integrated in ICH5R- Up to 150MB/sec transfer speeds
Can connect up to two Serial ATA drives - Supports SATA RAID 0
High Point 372N RAID Controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 1.5
