As usual, Asus has been one of the first motherboard manufacturers with their board on the market. Asus’s 790i board is branded under Striker brand, obviously aimed at gamers and enthusiasts alike. Motherboard is packed in a big gray box featuring popular Company of Heroes: Opposing Force game. Yes, this is one of the first motherboards bundled with a game.
Upon opening of the box, we found another box named Accessory box with a DVD Driver, full copy of COH: OP, Manual, new Asus badge sticker, SLI bridge, 3-Way SLI bridge, 3x sensor cables, some cable ties, Asus Q-Connectors, DIY pedestal, some 3/8 & 1/2 fittings for the fusion block on the board, USB and FireWire bracket, I/O backplate shield, LCD poster, optional fan, 6x SATA cables, Molex to SATA power cable, IDE cable, and FDD cable.
