When someone mentions an ECS motherboard, we automatically start thinking of it as a budget board with not many features, average performance and overclocking that competes with the likes of Abit and Epox. Ok, cross that last one out. Overclocking has almost become a standard feature and we have constantly suggested ECS to provide some sort of overclocking in their boards. Looks like the folks in Taiwan were listening as we take a look at their latest offering- the SiS 648 chipset based L4S8A.
