We recently took a look at three retail cards based on the nVidia FX5800 Ultra GPU and none of them managed to really impress us. Sure, the performance was pretty good- as fast or faster than the Radeon 9700 PRO, but the amount of noise and heat generated by the card along with the heavy price associated with it didnt really make it worth it. Today, we take a look at the ASUS v9560 graphics card which is based on the next member in the FX line- the FX5600 GPU. nVidia has certainly solved the heat and noise issue along with bringing the size of the card back to normal levels as well but lets find out how well it performs.
