Microsoft has today launched the pre-order campaign for Xbox One in the UAE. Users will be able to pre-order both the Kinect and the Kinect-less bundle from July 16 to August 28.
The standalone Xbox One bundle, which costs AED 1,749, will include copies of Forza Motorsport 5, FIFA 15, Halo Spartan Assault, Max Curse of the Brotherhood, and Lococyle, along with the regular accessories like a 500GB HDD, a wireless controller, an HDMI cable, a chat headset and a 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial.
The Kinect-inclusive Xbox One will include a slightly different games bundle with FIFA 15, Kinect Sports Rivals, Halo Spartan Assault, Max Curse of the Brotherhood and Lococyle (so, no Forza Motorsport 5), with similiar accessories as the above bundle except that this one will come with an Xbox One Day One limited edition wireless controller and an Xbox sticker. This will cost AED 2,199.
Curiously, the official press release states that FIFA 15 will release alongside Xbox One on September 5 in the UAE, a good twenty days before the title releases in Europe on September 26. It also appears that the pre-order will include a redeemable code instead of an acutal copy of FIFA 15.
The Xbox One pre-order is available across all retail stores in the country.
